Burkhard E. Moll settled in western Ventura County upon his discharge from the U.S. Navy submarine service duty on the east coast, in December 1969, after growing up in Southern California. Immediately starting a real estate career, serving the residents of the greater Oxnard/Port Hueneme area for over 45 years and forming Hardy Moll Realty, Inc. in 1974 and 2 years later, developing and building the 2 buildings of the Moll Plaza complex, where their office has been for almost 40 years. Continuing to be called Hardy Moll, handling several thousands of real estate transactions, representing both sellers and buyers as well as lessors and lessees and obtaining numerous professional credentials and achievements throughout his many years of service to the real estate public. Hardy is a past president of the Oxnard Harbor Board of Realtors, now merged into the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and a proud member of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, Ojai Valley Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Graduate of the Realtors Institute and Realtor Emeritus of the National Association of Realtors.
